1.       Papaya con queso de finca y maracuya. Papaya  with cottage cheese and passion fruit vinaigrette.

2.       Crema fria de tomate y frutos tropicales. Cold chowder made of tomatoes, veggies and tropical fruits.

3.       AVOCADO   con crema de mango . Avocado with MANGO SAUCE

4.       Patacon con ahogao.  Green plantain pancake with traditional onions and .peppers stew

5.       Zapote maduro con gucamole de  papaya  vinagreta y maracuya. *Zapote fruit* with papaya guacamole and passion fruit vinaigrette.

6.       Salpicon de bonito estilo de de Santa Marta. Deboned fish traditional Santa Marta style.

7.       Tomáte organico ligeramente asado y relleno de pina y papaya cubierto con salsa de naranjas. Organic tomato slightly roasted stuffed with caramelized pineapple and papaya, topped with a fresh orange sauce.

8.       Canelones de Maduros y repollo . Traditional vegan cabbage rolls with plantain.

9.       Butifarra de res con arroz mixto. Traditional Santa Marta prime beef home made sausage with sautee rice.

10.   Postre DESSERT:  Our sweet ending surprise.
